HOTEL POLICIES
- Check-in time: After 14:00 hrs.
- Check-out time: Before 12:00 noon
- Child policy: Two children below 10 years of age can stay free of charge, with existing bedding only. Extra bed, mattress and Breakfast subject to charge.
- Guarantee policy: All reservations need to be guaranteed with a valid credit card, credit cards will be pre-authorized for one night charge on day of arrival, declined credit card bookings and non-guaranteed reservations will be released at 16:00 hrs. on day of arrival
- Cancellation policy: Strictly 24 hours prior to arrival date, late cancellation charges are minimum one night charges with tax and service charge.
- No-show policy: All no-show reservations will be charged one night charges with tax and service charge and the booked nights will be automatically released.
- Pet policy: Strictly no-pets allowed under any circumstances.
- Visitor policy: Photo Identification needed. Hotel reserves rights of admission.
- Payment policy: Strictly cash, credit or debit card only.
